Some of the staff members are quite rude, they're only interested in taking your money, after that, they don't want to have anything to do with you.

Be very wary letting properties from this agency. The Home Inventory service that they impose created false discrepancies between the sign in and sign out reports, costing us a huge portion of our deposit for fictional damage that Gascoigne should reasonably know was caused by previous tenants. Very disappointing
