I have had such a postive and pleasent experience with Karen, absolutely outstanding customer service, very helpful and understanding lady. Reduced the stress immensely and went above and beyond. I have just read the review re Dovedale Avenue and felt I must let people know about my experience with Dovedale Avenue Eastham. As a new landlord I have had an excellent experience with both Karen and Gayle at Grosvenor Properties. They have both gone the extra mile to support through the process of letting my house. They sourced an excellent tenant within 1 week of me initially contacting them.
I have received an outstanding service and can highly recommend the company.

Enquired about a house that had recently came on to Rightmove to for a friend to rent. The house was on Dovedale Road, Eastham and we were pretty happy from the images and video to proceed with an application. A deposit and required rent was ready if accepted but sadly the business was unresponsive and lacked the curtesy to explain if it had been agreed already.
As a landlord of properties in Wirral myself, I would like to think that any agent involved would take all enquiries seriously and chase them up. Certainly not a great experience.

After reading the last review I thought I should comment.
I also spoke with lots of estate agents before marketing my house and non of them said I should avoid Grosvenor.
I had a great experience with Debi and Grosvenor, my home sold very quickly (first viewing!) with no hassle at all.
I regularly buy and sell properties and will be using Debi again.

I have had a terrible experience with Debi & Grosvenor over the past few years.
Our family purchased a property from her a few years back and intended to resell with her. Despite several other estate agents on the Wirral telling me to avoid them like the plague I went ahead and used them.
During the sales process with them I felt there was something I wasn't being told and, to be honest, didn't trust a word Debi was saying to us. In the end, Debi had showed our buyer a house 2 doors down and claimed she hadn't - all the while avoiding any phone calls made to her and responding only in text.
There has always been something untoward with her showing us other properties - including a property my father and uncle tried to buy but she kept giving excuses as to why they couldn't purchase it - despite knowing they were cash purchasers.
The whole experience with the company was like pulling teeth. I work with estate agents a lot in my work and I have to say that 100% these are BY FAR the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Yes, their price is cheap but you get what you pay for. It's as though none of the team has a clue with what is going on and are constantly trying to cover each others backs to stop them from being caught out with their tales.
Pay a bit more and use a proper estate agency instead of these.
