I have been with groves twice now & with 3 other residential estate agents & I have to say I am shocked at others experiences on here as with my family now & in the future I will only deal with groves. Paula & Alex I deal a lot with, especially Alex so attending and urgent response such as boiler repairs etc & first class communication that my family & I have ever experienced with a letting agent. Just re-read this and sounds a bit fake haha but i really can't promote them enough. Thank you for making our home lifestyle living easier.

Giving them one star is generous. No care, awful customer service, banned me from calling them but ultimately they lost miserably to my complaint escalated to the ombudsman. Avoid them.
