I would give zero if I could. They were unprofessional, lazy and rude from start the finish. You have to tell any simple thing 12315617 times just to get them moving. (Less then 10 is not enough) We picked another property from another another agent just to not deal with these people again.

Excellent customer service, fast response time to queries from the property agent serving us as we are still new to the area of Newcastle and we are so happy to secure our rental swiftly through the excellent property agent. As students many agents don't take you seriously. Acorn properties not only respected us, but went out of their ways to help us. We're especially thankful for Matt. We were just unwelcomed by bridgeford and decided to give Acorn a try, Matt showed us our apartment that very afternoon and continued to work during his weekend to help us get our tendency sorted. The entire team helped us so much and we are so grateful.

I had a really positive experience with Acorn. I rented a property in the city centre with them and it was very clean and well presented when I arrived. Throughout the tenancy they were always quick to solve any issues that I ran into, and were especially helpful during the move-out process. Rebecca went above and beyond which I really appreciated. So all things positive! Would definitely consider them if you're looking for a place in Newcastle.
