Lisa and the team at Grylls Adams offer a very professional service. I recommend without hesitation. I sold my property through Grylls Adams in Aug 2017. If selling a house you may well trawl the Towns estate agents to try and understand the services being offered and establish who offers the best deal. On the face of it there doesn't seem to be a huge difference between the agents in Melksham, and you may be tempted to go with one of the larger or longer standing agents, but i'd encourage you to give serious consideration to Grylls Adams. In my experience Grylls Adams promised and then subsequently delivered the best service on all fronts; I received a competitive fee, and the price we eventually achieved was comparable to the initial valuation. I received a very professional but personal service throughout. The brochure / web content was delivered to a professional standard with some great photos, and Grylls Adams were open to my views on the content. If I asked a question, or wanted more information, I got a prompt reply from the very moment I started working with Grylls Adams right through to the day my sale completed. Lisa will tell you that she continues to work after a buyer has been found and that she will drive the sale through on behalf of all parties. I can confirm that this is certainly my experience, and notably is in stark contrast to my experience with the one other agent I have used in the town. Grylls Adams are very effective at acting as a broker between all the stakeholders involved. They efficiently worked to ensure good and clear communications between the vendor, buyer and both parties solicitors. At no point in the sale was I left wondering what was going on and this is testimony to Lisa constantly keeping me up to date with the current position of my buyer and their chosen solicitor. She coordinated and secured the date for our exchange which was delivered on time as planned. She really does help close and complete the deal. So in summary, give Grylls Adams a call if you are looking to buy or sell - if your experience is anything like mine, then Lisa and her team will do a great job for you!... Read more
