We live in a Galliard new build. Only 1-2 years after being built, the heating and hot water failed for the entire development, which was only resolved after 3 weeks (and after a lot of chasing on our end). PMM (Galliard's management agent) is very opaque about what costs they've recharged to leaseholders. It's appalling that the wrong cleaning agent was used in the boiler room which stripped the heating pipes and blocked everyone's heating units. Aftercare is non-existent.... Read more

Galliard Homes are the most crooked home development company in the UK. They do not comply with building regulations, use cheap materials on everything, have a horrible, rude after care team. They create child companies to run the management of their developments, and continue to scam homebuyers with extortionate service fees without providing receipts to back up the expenses they make us pay for. Disgusting company, I would never recommend purchasing a home built by Galliard, I wouldn't even trust it to stay standing after a year. Do not trust or buy anything built by Galliard.... Read more

Non genuine 5 star reviews. Do not trust the 5 stars reviews as they are not genuine. They are either by Galliard staff or directly influenced. For most of the reviews this is the first ever rating they are putting on google. How ridiculous Galliard ?The first ever review for a user would be to praise a property developer?? If anything this shows how incompetent/unethical is the digital team which is consistent with rest of the organisation.... Read more

The Galliard property I own is fine. The problem is with their aftercare and property management company. They simply do not respond. When they do, the answer is just like : "Much a do about nothing". A few of my emails have been ignored which I find unacceptable considering its a service we residents pay for. I am looking to buy more London properties over the next coming years and have also friends who are interested in buying and because they treat you with contempt once they have your money I will actively avoid all Galliard developments.... Mantas Bit of joke company don't invest with Galliard homes you will live to regret it. Bad quality property's, incompetent finishers when rectifying damages and quite frankly rude sales management, after the flat was purchased. And the 5 stars and good feedback are probably the galliard staff themselves. Not to be trusted... Read more

I have been living in a new Galliard development for 2 yrs since it’s brand new. From a tenant point of view, I am quite happy with the quality of the build. Sound and heat insulation is pretty solid. I never heard any sounds from my neighbors and I can always wear summer pajamas even in winter, without turning on the radiator. If it’s not for the rough neighborhood (Slough High street) I would have seriously considered buying a second hand flat within this building as my very first property... One complaint I have is, not sure what was promised/promoted in the initial sales when it was sold, but we used to have a concierge and a night time security guard, they are both removed after several months... And now this nice building is suffering from this bad neighborhood... Bikes got stolen from cycle store, someone carved words on lift door, sofa got removed because homeless people tailing in and sleeps on it... Such a shame... I really like the building... But this is probably more to do with the property management company so I will not knock off a star...... Read more

Bad experience and would not recommend to anyone. After they sold me the property they just don’t care and don’t even provide minimum level of customer service. Sales team at Canary Wharf consistently ignore my emails after I purchased the property.... Read more
