Went here to rent a property and the staff is friendly. Needed to move in to a place asap, took less than a week for everything to go through. Was meant to get new carpets but they never did it so its why its only 4 stars and not 5.

Crooked and dishonest, I would struggle advise that you avoid using these agents. They have in thr past committed fraud and several illegal acts.

Have rented off H2H now for 18 months and I cannot find any faults with them at all. Staff very friendly & helpful. When we first moved in a few repairs were required....which were sort very quickly and efficiently. Thanks to everyone's .

The best estate agency in Stoke on Trent without a shadow of doubt. The team couldn’t be more helpful and professional. Always ready to help and answer questions and fix issues. They always exceed my expectations and I would totally recommend H2H to all!

We rented off h2h for two years, at first they were okay, bit slow on getting the jobs done but eventually they got done we transferred properties with them and rented another one off them at first everything was okay in this property then we started to notice damp and mound problems, they failed to get this done so we decided to get the council involved, still nothing got done... until we got a phone call saying the house was going up for sale! We had just paid for a twelve month tenancy which they said was no longer valid.. this is breaking the law as we had a legal binding contract, which they were in breach of. They have basically robbed us of £50 which we will never get back.
Would not recommend to anyone as they are a waste of time ????????

Never use again, house full of damp, repairs wasn't done on property and the maintenance men didn't have a clue on fitting a new handle on to a window

Certainly one of the crappist agencies I've ever used. Still got a leak in my roof from months ago and no shower for 6 months.
