We viewed a house in Rannoch drive , liked it and started to go head with the rental application. We applied for the house 3 weeks ago and we never had any answer. I tried many time to call them but never answer. We saw the property on rightmove is now already LET AGREE. Do not put your trust them H2L, are an absolutely terrible estate agency. In this night I recieved an email from them about my application: "We just wanted to let you know that the landlord has decided not to proceed with your application for the property in Rannoch Drive.... and The landlord decided to offer the tenancy to a single person with one vehicle..." We were rejected because we have two cars... really?! Who will believe their lies?!... Read more

we applied for a property on Rannoch Drive 3 weeks ago and they suppose to call us about our Application Nobody taking the time to contact us ..is more than 3 weeks and we didn't receive any call from them. My wife tries to call them but they do not answer. The property has been already let agree. They did not care about the customers. They are not serious Company stay out of them for your peace of mind... Read more

Terrible. EDIT 2: As you will see from the attached photograph they have edited their response to reflect a different story to try and mitigate my review and subsequent follow up. I believe they may now under be investigation. In terms of being an agent I have no idea where that has come from, I work in IT, not property. Just another example of immaturity of the business owner. EDIT: *As you can see from their reply, it’s very unprofessional, passive aggressive and extends discussing people’s personal information and finance details in an open public space. Have been waiting for well over 2 months for deposit to be returned. Have contacted many times with no reply. I understand there is a global pandemic but surely you could have replied to one of our many messages/ emails. Would not recommend. Quick to take your money but slow to return it.... Read more

As soon as we met Carl outside of the property, he began to give us a comprehensive summary of everything he knew about the site. Neighbors, local knowledge and other little details, he then gave us an extensive guide around the house whilst giving us time to really appreciate the property, at the same time answering all of our queries.
