I put my house on the market in late August 2017 and with Haarts help a buyer was found as quickly as late October 2017. Riz was my allocated case worker and he worked relentlessly to ensure the process went smoothly including working during his annual leave and responding to my messages after office hours. Riz knew that I wanted exchange before Christmas as I didn’t want to carry the stress of the selling process into the new year. With his great work ethics and liasing with all solicitors Riz made this happen. If you are considering selling your property I would highly recommend Haart ilford. Just exchanged and completed on a property in Ilford through Riz at Haart. Have to say Riz Hanif at Haart in Ilford made it happen. He has been very helpful throughout the whole transaction. His up beat approach and enthusiasm and knowledge of the area was the best I have come across. I have purchased a few properties over the years but have to say Riz is by far the best estate agent I have dealt with. Riz is a great asset to Haart. After going through some issues from landlord side I was kind of disappointed initially, but Haart helped me to stay patient, specially Mr Sadik Patel co-operated with landlord and provided me the relavant information. If I could give it a less than 1 star, I would. Please read all the reviews before colaborating with this firm. I paid the £500 holding fee and I was waiting for the paperwork on my email to start the checking process. Two days later, nothing. I got out of work and decided to give them a call. The person who answered, better not give names for decency's sake, told me...'oh, i just got off phone with the landlord and he's not letting the house anymore' Can you belive the coincidence? Me neither. I asked for my deposit back...and they told me 3 to 5 days...that was one month ago. Called them everyday. Every day they told me they have sorted it out and will take 3 to 5 days. Today I called them again. They found out what the problem is...and it will take 3 to 5 days starting tomorrow. For me, a firm more unprofessional than Haart Lettings Ilford does not exist. And I have collaborated with other firms that have let me down. Apparently the phrase 'the landlord changed his mind about letting the house' is a common quote among letting agencies. But at least the other agencies actually returned my money in 3 to 5 days...even sooner. Very disappointing to find such a big company so unprofessional. This is my experience so far with Haart Ilford.... Read more

I couldn't just leave without positing this here as well. FAKE REVIEWS? Nearly all the 5 star reviews are written by people with only 1 review in their entire history. It would appear that they were so moved by a viewing, it was so life changing, that they took it upon themselves to create a Gmail account and post a 5 star review. Which is something they had never done prior and have never done since. All the things they must have come across in their adult lives, yet it was only Haarts estate agents that moved them to write a review. Their one and only review and its a 5 star rating for Haart estate agents. Bravo estate agents of Haart. When you are not working, which is most of the time, you are likely writing reviews to praise yourselves. BRAVO.... Read more
