    Intrusive. Wanted my life story and asked unnecessary personal questions just to book a viewing, which they wouldn't book for me in the end because I wanted to see the property at the weekend instead of that day. Found the salesman I spoke to rude, inconsiderate and fake.

The distinctive thing about them is that they communicate so well, when they say they are going to call/feedback viewings, they do.
