After six months of paying punctually the rent We, my husband and I, don’t have two set of keys. We are tired of dealing with this situation. I am not asking for something beyond property manager responsabilities, but in her words “is out of her control” I wonder what is under her control. I rented the flat through chancellors therefore they should solve this. I can’t contact the landlord to get the set of keys and Chancellors doesn’t help. Which is the role of the estate agents?
I am asking for something quite reasonable, a set of keys for the flat I am paying for.
Soon I will have to come back to work after my maternity leave, I won’t be able to schdule my shifts with my husband. I will have to wait on the street while my husband get home. The property manager can’t guarantee a set of keys.This situation is unbereable.
Property manager feel sorry but don’t solve the issue while say I’ll keep you updated... last time passed 3 months until I wrote again.
Chancellors answer saying e mail us we’ll do something. Honestly I’m sick of writing emails is worthless.

Tried to illegally demand that we pay a deposit to the estate agent (I.e. Not the seller). When we refused they threatened to not pass on our offer to the seller. Had to get solicitor to explain to them this was breaking the law. Seem to be completely clueless money grabbers.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service received. I had my property rented out by Hoopers. The tenants destroyed my home. When it came for the Hopper’s Agent to prepare my case to escalate the deposit dispute to the DPS. He misread the form and didn’t send in all the evidence. I lost the case and now out of pocket by over £2k....
Dillen was very helpful and very prompt in his communications always. Thanks to him I completed on a property in South Hampstead within 8 weeks of offer acceptance. While he was on holiday for a week during that period, his colleague was also incredibly helpful.
We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly.
However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.
As I have the chance to work in common with Empire Estates employees and get to know their daily routine, I can tell that they try very hard to achieve their customer's satisfaction. In middle of a stressful day, they put their clients on top of their priority. In addition to that, the employees treat the company's business partners very friendly. All of them have excellent manners and a very good behavior. At this point Philip exceeds. He is really motivated and dedicated. Moreover, a smooth course seems to be a concern for everybody in this company. All in all, I recommend Empire Estates to everyone who is searching for a thorough guidance.

Terrible. They sent me to one address which wasn't built yet, and one address where the guy never showed up to let me in. Never followed up, useless. Sent bad flats that were irrelevant. Staff are rude. Asked 3 times to be taken off their mailing list and they still have not.
