We chose Halford & Homes to sell our house due to professional and personable approach. Leah and Helen were very hands on and always available responding to messages outside of normal working hours - a refreshing approach!
When a buyer was found, Leah and Helen were always on hand to answer any questions we and they had, and even regularly chased both solicitors for updates (more than our solicitors did!).
Their hard work and attention to detail ensured a smooth sale and resulted in completion within 8 weeks!
I only wish I had more property to sell with them, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My process was long, through no fault of Halford and Homes, they were amazing all the way through. As a first time buyer and having had a couple bad experiences with other estate agents, Halford and homes really explained things to me when I wasn’t sure what something meant, needing something explained to me multiple times. Really lovely, friendly and down to earth people. So happy I found a property I loved and it was with these wonderful people.

We can not thank Helen enough at Halford and Homes. We were purchasing a property and without Helen the sale may have fallen through, she was integral in ensuring everything moved forward. Helen kept the communication open between all parties to ensure we were able to purchase our dream home. Nothing was ever to much and I felt supported and well informed throughout the process. Well what can I say from valuation to completion, Halford and Homes were amazing. James is very knowledgeable and puts you at complete ease, you know your home is in safe hands and that as a team they will do everything they can for you, nothing is too much trouble. Helen was fab and kept us fully updated with the progression of the sale and was very responsive to any questions we had. As well as selling my house they also tried their hardest to find us an ongoing purchase and I so wish they had as dealing with them as an agent would have made me feel so much more comfortable in the buying process as our experience with other agents has been poor, its a shame not all agents show the same professionalism as Halford and Homes! ?????

As a conveyancer I was always going to be a nightmare client, but Halford and Homes where absolute stars throughout my whole transaction. From our initial viewing with James, through to Helen's amazing sales progression. We were kept informed and up to date throughout, and completed on our desired completion date, despite an insanely busy property market.
I could not recommend Halford and Homes enough, and we could not be happier with our new home. Thank you all so much for your help!

This was our first time of selling and we wanted to give a local agent our business but unfortunately this didn't work out for us. Most of the team were very friendly and helpful but communication was poor. We had to chase for feedback most times and this wasn't particularly constructive feedback. We liked the 'open house' style of viewings but weren't informed when we could go back home after the viewings. It was suggested we lower the price on just the second week which didn't instill much confidence when in the middle of a selling boom!
Marketing was very quick but we didn't get offered the opportunity to proofread so not overly impressed with photos or wording as some important/useful points were not included.
Having now gone with a larger company we are seeing a huge difference in approach.
However, we wish Halford and Homes well in the future, they just weren't the ones for us in the end.

We chose to use Halford & Homes after meeting James, he was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all to get our house sale. We then had great customer service from Leah and Helen throughout our challenging sale and purchase of new property. Helen was always at the end of the phone and emails throughout and helped communicate with our solicitors. I would highly recommend people to use Halford & Homes.
