Very negative experience with Halls and Benson. The house was up with them for 4 weeks in that time we never heard from them regarding anything and requested a sign to be put up outside the house and it never arrived after asking multiple times. The initial contract they tried to sign us up for was 6 months which is disgusting considering the lack of effort or energy they put in to at least try and sell the house.... Read more

I believe they over valued the property given the current climate. They told me what it was worth and not what I could sell it for.
In 5 months they did not provide 1 persion to view the property
