Do not trust this agency and Roy especially. They seem super accommodating, but as soon as they get your money, they can disappear or stop replying to calls. Been contacted by a few other people who are having problems with them. Wouldn't recommend.... Read more

We set up an appointment with this company to view a flat and were told a time and that we would be sent an email. As the day went on, we never received an email. We started calling 2 hours prior to our appointment for the viewing but could not reach anyone. They never tried getting up with us. We, at some point, began to think they were ignorning my husbands number and tried using my phone, but again, no call. We originally contacted them via SpareRoom but never received an answer. Their website also would not allow us to contact them unless we had an account but when we made an account it said we already exisited, even though it was our first time on the site, therefore, unable to contact anyone further. Highly disappointed in this company and very unprofessional. Even if something happened, they still could have given us a call to reschedule.... Read more
