DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS YOU WILL BE FINANCIALLY DISSAPOINTED BELIEVE ME!!!!!! RESPONSE: They are now going down the road of not fitted properly even though my builder and I followed to the very rule point by point in case I ever had probs as I'm in a light commercial area shop... I also recommended this product to a client who just last week came to see me and has got same probs as me.. HERE ARE SOME PICS TO SHOW EVERYONE.. I have had my flooring for only 2 and a half years in my salon in London..(120sqm) on one particular run where people walk frequently it has chipped away at lots of edges.. the floor was and is fine in most other places apart from heavy traffic areas... After lots of tooing and frooing with the distributors, a form was apparently sent back and forward and turns out it wasn't even filled in the first place.. A rep came out and looked at floor in question and commented that I prob hadn't used underlay on that part and once I showed him a hole which has appeared he looked through and admitted there was underlay... he then assumed that "maybe it wasn't the right underlay" once I showed him the £4000.00 + Vat receipt for all my flooring AND POLYFLOR UNDERLAY which was recommended by the supplier and distributor with the words " if you use other cheaper underlay it will invalidate your guarantee with Polyflor" SO I TOOK THE CORRECT UNDERLAY... Now it has been 2 weeks since Magic Mike came to see me and ask all the relevant questions about how we clean the floor, the usage of floor, the all important underlay questions, how and by whom it was fitted.. I am awaiting a response from their big chief engineer and look forward to hopefully posting an update with a good response..... Read more

After researching floors for a new shop fit and after discussing flooring with the company doing the refit; we decided to use Polyflor. After a while we noticed the floor had became shiny so I contacted Polyflor. A rep came out and said it's the cleaning products and to do this and that and it should solve the issue. Well the shiny part was only where staff were walking not customers etc so this doesn't explain cleaning product issue. It's been 6mths and I'm still waiting on the issue being resolved. You'd think a professional company would take the issue of people slipping on a highly slip resistant floor seriously. I was going to use flooring from this company again after the initial shop fit but not now.... Read more
