Ordered food via deliveroo past past 11pm. Waited for about an hour and the food is still preparing. It said on the app the rider is at the restaurant waiting, but 10 minutes later, it says they’re trying to find a rider. At this point, the shop is already closed, and they haven’t bothered to cancel the order, just make me wait for the order that will most likely never come. It keeps switching back and forth between “rider is nearby” and “still trying to assign a rider”. Which is it? I contact an agent and they call them up, but they don’t answer. They probably closed the shop and didn’t even bother preparing the food. They slacking and don’t care. Bunch of clowns.... Read more

The food is okay. But the staff at the till are not very helpful. I asked for supercharged sauce but then the lady at the till said that there is no sauce when there was sauce next to her. Then I had to asked the other person at the till for one. Food is okay in general but staff needs a bit more training.... Read more

Don't get me wrong I love KFC but this particular restaurant has a lot of beggers coming in and the staff don't do anything about it. I've had people come and sit at my table right in my face during covid which made me very uncomfortable and they wouldn't leave despite me asking politely so eventually I had to get up and walk out.... Poor service, staff need training in how to be happy and presentable. They shouldn't knock off that an order has been collected (as they did with mine) waited 20 minutes then realised they knocked mine off so went and asked them and was greeted with a sigh and not even a sorry for the wait. Didn't even get what I ordered, my friend was with me and they made her order twice (she got a meal for free and gave it to the homeless guy outside) only perk! Wouldnt be using this KFC again... definitely not up to KFC standards!... Read more

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is too busy engaged in their mobile phones to see a queue of customers waiting to be served. The staff display zero regards for basic customer service, and I am not surprised when the supervisor will text whilst serving you. The management is rude, confrontational and lack leadership experience. The staff cannot be blamed when the establishment has poor leadership. In need of Customer Service Makeover ASAP!... Read more

Bad customer service. First time in a KFC for years. No smile or positivity at the till. I was asking questions. 1 word answers. OK I ordered 3 piece box meal for one, two thighs and a leg. I received the order quickly, but I suspected the chicken buried under the 10 chips were not thighs. I asked the female who issued the order she read back to me, 2 thighs and a leg Yet I discovered later a side breast, wing and leg. Bad all around. Next time I will visit the cheap chicken shop across the road. No more KFC for now.... Read more
