I had a fantastic experience with Harper Finn and would gladly recommend them to anyone selling in Chiswick. Both Christian and Perry were hugely knowledgeable and hard-working - making my sale go absolutely smoothly, and achieving a great price. But most of all, to have a level of service that matches or exceeds the best of their competitors, and to charge a fraction of the price will surely see them go from strength to strength. I shudder to think of the times I've paid Foxtons 2.5%(+VAT) in the past. I saved over £20k in fees compared to the Foxtons model, and don't believe for a second that anyone would have got me a higher price than Harper Finn.

I'm a solicitor and had a very positive experience for a client who instructed Harper Finn. Pro-active, helpful and sensible throughout in what became a complicated transaction.

I let my flat through Harper Finn for over six years and then sold it through them. They're wonderful to work with: professional, patient and honest. I felt they always had my best interests at heart and liked the fact that I was dealing with grown-ups who understood me - and who I could trust.

Harper Finn were easily the most impressive of 3 agents we dealt with in Chiswick. We had a property which was proving hard to sell due to its proximity to a main road. Harper Finn (alone of the other agents we tried) employed a unique marketing strategy which made clear the issue but emphasised the value for money. As a result they actually drove the price up and achieved a successful sale. Due to their fixed price policy this didnt actually cost us any more money. We have dealt with several estate agents in Chiswick (including some of the best regarded) and without doubt Harper Finn were the most efficient, the most straightforward and the most effective. Christian Harpers attention to detail is exceptional. He will not only spot things in your property that not even you had noticed, but his knowledge and experience of the influence subtle things can have on a sale is better than any other agent I have experienced. I will continue to use his firm in the future.
