After speaking with Anne I still feel saddened and upset by what happened and have reviewed my comments after talking to her. I will need to reconsider how I approach buying properties in the future and if I really want to go through such feelings again.

I've called them to see a property and they say me yes to see we were the first visit the Saturday on easter.
The men was nice but didn't know about lettings so my fiance went Tuesday Early morning. I've called them as well to get the application form prior but when my fiancé went Tuesday the lady in the office just was unconsidered and when he offered to pay the fees she said no I had to check with the landlord...
What's the pronlem if we're first? Why did you waste our rimes and petrol and later is for "another"?
Please be careful and avoid disappointments don't take any expectations

After selling my previous property over 12 years ago I felt a bit daunted by the prospect of having to do it again with all the recent changes to regulations. However the team went through everything step by step to ensure a smooth and stress free transaction.
From the day of agreeing to sign with Harrington's they took every chance to promote my property in every possible way, they took every precaution to ensure the right buyers were viewing my property and they did everything they could to get the best price possible. The pictures were professionally taken and the house looked amazing on their website.
Within two weeks it was sold, and we were pleased with how it was handled.
Never once was it a problem to ring up and ask a question, even booking me an appointment to go through the other paper work for buying my new property.
They took the time to explain the processes in detail and the time scales involved, and when a call back was requested they always came through.
They talk about making the client feel part of the family and tell you that they really care about the sale, and they REALLY do.
They say selling your house is one of the most stressful periods in your life, but with Harrington's behind you, they make it seem easy. A truly wonderful team of people and I certainly would recommend them to anyone. Thank you everyone at Harrington's for everything you did for us.

Anne, Tom and all the team have been consistently helpful over the past few years in looking after my property. They have organised a team of services to clean, decorate, maintain, including cleaning the carpets, which has been really helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this friendly and efficient company. Five stars! Well done and thank you.
