Shocked this company is still legally allowed to operate! Disgusting, reprehensible people. All of the positive reviews for them are by landlords or contractors (I checked). If you are a tenant STAY AWAY. If I had the ability I would take to court. Unlivable conditions, take advantage of students, steal your deposit, house dirty when you move in, staff are dismissive or even blatantly rude. They literally break the law. Only reason not held accountable is that students dont want to do anything about it & Durham council is notoriously corrupt. Young ppl: know your rights and DONT sign these flats!... Read more

Rented- worst experience ever. Be careful as they won't give full bond back. Handed keys back 3 weeks after we moved out and was even charged for Windows to be cleaned and a gardener to cut back garden grass. Never had this problem with lifestyle.... Read more
