I would give zero stars but unfortunately it’s not possible. AVOID THIS AGENCY, scammers and they keep your money. I had a really bad experience with Harris brown, they caused me so much headache. On the day of our moving the flat wasn’t ready at all, dirtiness everywhere, mould and holes in the wall (that they covered with decorations) POOR MANAGEMENT, they don’t care about the tenants. The landlord cancelled our contract and we had to stay in a minuscule overpriced studio to avoid sleeping in the streets. This agency should close and the employees (specially the manager) should change their profession. BEWARE OF FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS.... Read more

they are shameful. they scam you by renting disgusting houses. Mr Ben was a person with zero professionalism they scammed us with a very bad condition house full of mold, dirty and with holes in the walls( 1650 per month) after they saw that they had rented us a disastrous house they gave us another temporary house full of sewage smell. well mr ben had guaranteed the reimbursement of the first moving of 150 pounds but that didn't happen, he collected the 150 pounds that the landlord was supposed to give us. moreover, ben once entered the house while I was sleeping without my permission. I've already started everything to denounce everything. disgusting!... Read more

I booked a viewing for a flat, initially I was given the wrong address, I guess to lower the chances for me to find out that the flat was in front of a prison. On top of that, the advert said that the flat had 2 bathrooms, and showed 2 different pictures of the bathrooms, but then during the viewing there was only one bathroom. Not professional at all.
