When your wife's ill and house prices go up and you've 5 kids. They kick you out after Xmas. Money first people last. Oh and they do t even tell you. Just quietly market the house you live in. And you go out your own door to see a for sale sign. That's 8 months after they watch you replaster the house.

It was really an unpleasant experience. I booked an appointment for viewing for 1:15pm and i could not get there in time but my wife got there in time and they were aware that she's my wife. She did the viewing while I was on my way and told the viewer that she likes it and is ready to pay deposit. He instead said she'll need to fill forms and blabla before she can pay. And within 5 minutes the next prospective tenant came in for viewing and instantly paid for the accommodation and it was gone.... In 5 minutes! I really felt we were discriminated against! I wish I can give a minus rating!

Worst possible agents to deal with , so called manager Annmarie is an absolute disgrace , never dealt with such an unprofessional and Rude woman in my life..... worst experience of my life dealing with this place. In fact official complaint submitted to property ombudsman ....

Worst letting agency ever! We were living in damp conditions with rats and they really couldn’t care less and find it funny! They will not protect your deposit so good luck getting it back and are a general nightmare. The staff are rude and simply don’t care!
