During a tenancy which lasted for roughly 3 years Harrisons has provided a very good service within the full spectrum that an estate agent is expected to deliver. Harrisons has strived to establish a fair and mutually beneficial balance between the needs of the landlord and the needs of the tenant (myself). Rebecca (as a property manager) has showed desire for assisting and collaborating with us (tenants), responding punctually and precisely to our requests, showing respect and flexibility. We were extremely pleased with Rebecca's fairness when dealing with the DPS, including the process of receiving the deposit back. We could not recommend Harrisons enough as a Letting Agent. After a property fell through for us, Tom Gardiner worked relentlessly to find a new flat for myself and my partner and succeeded and found us an amazing apartment that suited us down to the ground. We have now worked with Harrisons for nearly three years and now over 4 tenancy agreements. We find Harrisons to be responsive and generally client centric, more so than some of their larger competitors with whom we have also worked with over the years. Harrisons are particularly good at quickly finding reliable tenants. Rebecca, Andy and Tom (before he left) are especially good to work with and will go the extra mile. For example, Rebecca was particularly helpful in a recent situation over a tenant departure. My main critique has been their administration which has been sloppy at times. However any errors have been corrected quickly. We now use our own inventory clerk after experiencing poor service from Inven Homes. We look forward to continuing our working relationship with Harrisons.... Read more

This is not an Spam or slander! Unbelievable the lack of respect with the customer when delivering the apartment. They deliver the apartment without inspection, with dirty walls and furniture. Broken and stained walls. Unbelievable! And they still have the courage to charge a deposit. I do not recommend, do not accept proposals and do not look for this company. After having some shocking experiences in the past, the team at Harrisons were a godsend. Our renting experience went smoothly, from the initial viewing and the final checkout (and beyond at times). Rebecca, the senior property manager, was quick to respond and sort out any queries we had. Thoroughly professional service with lots of common sense as well. Harrisons allowed my flat to be sublet causing me over £10000 in repairs. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to overcharge and take advantage of the fact that I live overseas. Not a happy customer.... Read more
