Hart Coleman... Well what is there to say apart from they're absolutely useless! Do you actively want to sell properties or not? Thats the question, I've called 5 times since 13th July to request a viewing for a property I've seen advertised online. EVERY SINGLE TIME the phone line goes through to the Second line for lettings as the sales office don't answer their phones, even when the lettings team try to transfer me... I've left a message with each and every person I've spoken to with my name & contact number & not once has someone put the effort in to call me. I called Sunday evening with the intention to see if they had a answer phone, so I could leave a message & as a surprise someone from 'Reception' answered the phone, who claims he requested I received an 'Urgent call back' My details have 100% been added onto their system for a call back, as every time I have called the agent on the phone has read out my number to confirm it was correct... Absolutely useless. I chased my so called 'Urgent call back' yesterday evening as I didn't receive it as I was advised yesterday morning.... & I'm not holding out any hope that I'll receive this call today! As I advised the lady from lettings yesterday, I won't be calling again. Unless this review is seen before hand, who knows... Edit - Since writing this review I've conveniently received the reply below via email, maybe I should've saved my time and not wasted it calling. Why didn't your lettings staff mention to me that you no longer sell properties? That would've saved mine & their time being wasted... I wonder where each member of staff has been trying to transfer me too?.... Or have they just been putting the phone on hold? Useless... Read more

In this day and age, it is very difficult to come across estate agents that have good solid ethics, courtesy and genuine honesty. I can honestly say that every person at Hart Coleman carry these qualities and put all their clients first. As a new estate agent, they have had a great deal of competition to contend with but refuse to loose sight of their fantastic values and because they wish to be reputed as such an agent, only seek a small no added or hidden costs margin (which is great for all their clients). As a client of theirs, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Christian and Chris (that's how lovely they are, we refer to the founders by their first names) have both been forthcoming and extremely helpful with all sorts of advice of both buying, selling and the housing market. My husband and I have felt guided completely by them with the sale of our property and also searching/purchasing a new one. They are both extremely knowledgeable and offer their advice whenever asked, and all their advice has proven invaluable. It is quite unbelievable to think that in an estate agent you can get an unbeaten percentage with no hidden costs, fantastic agents that are kind, considerate, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients and their situation. There are none that contend with this, so if you want this kind of all round perfection in an estate agent then don't miss the opportunity to go with Hart Coleman, you will be at the centre of what they do and how they do it.
