In this day and age, it is very difficult to come across estate agents that have good solid ethics, courtesy and genuine honesty. I can honestly say that every person at Hart Coleman carry these qualities and put all their clients first.
As a new estate agent, they have had a great deal of competition to contend with but refuse to loose sight of their fantastic values and because they wish to be reputed as such an agent, only seek a small no added or hidden costs margin (which is great for all their clients).
As a client of theirs, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Christian and Chris (that's how lovely they are, we refer to the founders by their first names) have both been forthcoming and extremely helpful with all sorts of advice of both buying, selling and the housing market. My husband and I have felt guided completely by them with the sale of our property and also searching/purchasing a new one. They are both extremely knowledgeable and offer their advice whenever asked, and all their advice has proven invaluable.
It is quite unbelievable to think that in an estate agent you can get an unbeaten percentage with no hidden costs, fantastic agents that are kind, considerate, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their clients and their situation.
There are none that contend with this, so if you want this kind of all round perfection in an estate agent then don't miss the opportunity to go with Hart Coleman, you will be at the centre of what they do and how they do it.
They have a client in us for life.
