They identified a number of options which fulfilled our requirements and once we offered on our preferred property, ensured that all our questions were answered and that our minor changes to the new build property were incorporated.

I cannot sing Mandy's praises enough. We all know the house-buying process is never smooth, but Mandy and the Harts team did absolutely everything in their power to make it as easy as possible.
From consistent communication, regular check-ins and updates, constant pushing for the chain to get going, to delivering good (and bad) news to us immediately and sensitively - the list really does go on and on.
It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Harts and with Mandy. Hopefully we won't be moving again for the foreseeable future, but if it came to it, I would not hesitate to call Mandy and rope her back in.
Thanks to the entire Harts team - you've gone above and beyond to make buying our first home together an absolute joy. Mandy - go and have a big drink and a restful Christmas. You've more than earned it!
