Would 100 % recommend Haus if you are looking for a new property to let. Reuben and Jenna were supportive, responsive and kind from the get go and the agency doesn't try to take advantage of you, unlike many others i've dealt with in the past! If you have an issue they always respond very quickly.

The team have been great and given I live on the other side of the world, they have sorted every problem and been very accommodating in keeping me updated what with the time difference. They provide a personalised and thoughtful service and really do care. Best estate agent I have come across

Haus far exceeded the expectations I had for dealing with estate agents as a first time buyer. Going in with only negative rental experiences with other agents I was not expecting such a positive experience.
I mainly dealt with Becca who managed the process really well for me. She always made time for our many requests and was efficient and proactive with all the queries we had. I also had some support from James and he was great too. The advice I got from them was honest, & measured throughout the process and I felt that both my interests and the interests of the seller were balanced very well.
I would have no hesitations recommending them to a friend and they will be the first people I approach if I ever come to sell/buy again.

A first rate service by Anton and Alexandra. They responded professionally to leads and ensured a tenant was quickly found with minimum fuss. They handled the admin in an efficient way and Alexandra attended the handover at 8.30pm. A great team who are recommended to others looking to rent out their properties.

I recently let a property through Bryony at Haus. It has been a seamless process, from viewings, offer and negotiations which I have not always found to be the case with other real estate agencies. Bryony went above and beyond to secure us what we requested and this was all wrapped up in less than 24 hours. They have a personal touch and genuinely try their best for all parties involved. I highly recommend their services.
