They are a really lovely team. Completely professional and excellent at communicating.
They took control and did everything possible to make sure they found the ideal couple to move into my property.
They are not at all pushy and they really do care !!!

Cannot recommend Haus highly enough!

Our main contact Alexandra has been friendly, approachable and highly efficient throughout our recent move to Chiswick - from showing us around the property initially to handling a last minute hiccup superbly.

Having had some terrible experiences with London estate agents in the past, this has been a really refreshing and positive change.

I received a very professional and friendly service from Haus when renting a house earlier this year. Alexandra’s engaged and helpful approach made the sometimes-fraught process of viewing, offering-on then securing the property a pleasure. Jenna in the central office was also instrumental in swiftly progressing the referencing against a tight move-in date. Certainly the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other prospective tenants.

Outstanding service from Haus, especially Alexandra, who understands the rental market and especially the new breed of highly knowledgeable, discerning renters who are raising the bar in terms of expectations and who consequently only want to deal with landlords that are equally committed to delivering a quality property, reasonably priced and without the "take or leave it attitude" of those dinosaurs from the past.
