I have dealt with Gareth who handles one of buy to let properties and the service has been exceptional. He has never failed to find me a tenant and his team handle any maintenance issues efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He is usually always available to speak to on office or mobile and when he's not he calls me straight back. Have also recommended friends and family to him that are equally satisfied.... Read more

I really like this company, they provided me with a fantastic experience when selling my home. They are unbelievably helpful, really know what they are doing, and I thought their pricing structure was excellent. Really great experience to begin with, I liked a property and contacted the estate agents and was dealing with Gareth who happily took rent and deposit but when many issues accumulated with the property he was very slow at getting back to me. Sent numerous emails and left messages with the receptionist yet Gareth didn't follow up with me about the issues of the property. Currently got bugs in property and leak in ceiling yet been waiting over a week to hear something back. He owes me some money I over paid and I'm yet to recieve that after two months. Customer service is quite appalling... Read more

Can only speak for the lettings team, but I opened contact with Hayden and Harper on Sunday, asking to view a property advertised on Rightmove. I then called back on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Every day a member of their team told me one of the lettings agents would call me back later. Waited, waited, never got a call. Then today (Friday) I spoke to the sales manager. He was more helpful, but informed me that the property had already been let. Hayden & Harper absolutely wasted our time and obviously had no desire to communicate the details of the flat to me. The process of finding a flat in London is hard enough, even with good service from a lettings agency. We've been dealing with a range of estate agencies this week, not one of them failed to return a call - only Hayden & Harper managed this. Massively disappointing service.... Read more
