This has to be the worst estate agent i have come across. They managed our property and we have lost well over £12000 with their management service. They put in a tenant who was in receipt of benefits and did not inform us that she could not afford to rent the house. They did not carry out any referencing on the tenant. They did not protect the deposit of the tenant which resulted in the tenant claiming three times the deposit from us. At the end of the tenancy, we had rent arrears which they were unable to reconcile and a claim from the tenant for disrepair too. We faced a legal bill of more than £4000 to resolve the matter.
