From the very beginning Caroline and Gavin have been very professional and helpful, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. Gavin always entered our home respectfully when hosting viewings and was able to take photos that showed our house in its best light. Caroline really knows her stuff when it comes to mortgages and was always ready to answer my questions via email and on the telephone. This was a totally different experience of an estate agent. Both Caroline and Gavin were the most caring and professional agents we have met. Their wealth of both experience and knowledge of the process was clear from our first meeting. We would have no hesitation in employing them again if the occasion arose. We were kept fully informed at all times of the process and that extended to the dialogue with our solicitor who remarks the same. Gavin and Caroline were superb throughout the whole process. They supported us when it seemed things were tricky and calmed us if we got worried or stressed . They were always helpful empathetic and proactive, and responsive and communicative returning calls if unavailable. Nothing was too much trouble . Could not recommend Henry Ward Property Solutions enough. Gavin and Caroline went above and beyond throughout the process of selling our property and offered very valuable support and advice from start to finish. They are both experts and very knowledgeable! Being involved in a very difficult chain for our onward purchase added extra stress to our move however Caroline was so helpful and I don’t think it would have happened without her!
