    Never ever let them manage your property. They use the GBP250 threshold to charge you on random items without informing you in the first place. They quoted GBP 150 to replace a mattress, but charged me GBP 200 to deliver and remove the mattress afterward without informing me in the first place.

I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, integrity and hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone considering both buying or selling a property.
