Never ever let them manage your property. They use the GBP250 threshold to charge you on random items without informing you in the first place. They quoted GBP 150 to replace a mattress, but charged me GBP 200 to deliver and remove the mattress afterward without informing me in the first place.

I recently completed a sale of my flat in New Providence Wharf with Henry Wiltshire, and worked with Adam Dockley and Adam Tahir. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, integrity and hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone considering both buying or selling a property. In particular, they were both always contactable and very prompt to reply whenever I got in touch; they were also very proactive, regularly reaching out to the buyer and our solicitors to ensure the process was pushed forward quickly; and they also stuck to their word - if they said they would do something it got done, and they were very transparent in how they operated. Very Strong Recommendation.
