I actually haven't used this company, I just wanted to comment on the owner. I happened to be stood outside this shop with my mate on Saturday as we were heading to the rugby at Twickenham. We were checking google maps on our phones and the owner came out and offered us assistance. Not only did he explain the best route to the ground but also told us of a couple of pubs to stop at en-route. I found him to be such a nice helpful man to 2 complete strangers that I am confident if he is representing you and your property you are in good hands! Thank you sir, from Eddie and Frankie (A good day was had by all, when we passed by your shop on the way back to the hotel we were not walking quite as straight though lol)... Read more

**** AVOID **** This letting agent has let me down badly. Entrusted with my late grandfathers property for a number of years I was left with an £8k rubbish clearance and refurb cost. The whole place was trashed by the tenants who left without notice or any forwarding address. I've had bailiffs and debt collecting personal constantly turning up to seize goods. It is clear that regular inspections had not taken place. I have received no rent invoices for the whole of the 2016/17 tax year, despite chasing the agent numerous times. The rent paid was well below market value. I actually wonder given no rent invoices if the tenant actually paid the going rate but i certainly never saw the difference ???? This agent has neglected my property whilst taking his commission for the 'management' of it. Please be careful and choose your letting agent wisely.... Read more
