An appalling service for both tenant and landlord. As tenants we often had to contact the landlord directly to get basic repairs done and had to complain to the Ombudsman. The deposit was withheld with no reason given, causing us to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme taking 3 months to get the deposit back. I'm not sure if the owner of the business had some reason for doing this or was just incompetent.... Read more

This estate agency took an overpayment of my rent and refused to return it promptly causing me great financial distress. After I had done them the favour of returning the keys to the office myself (they were not working on weekends) I was charged for 2 extra days which I never got back. This was after I had paid my rent on time every month for SEVEN YEARS. I imagined with had a good relationship but when I needed them most (to return my accidental overpayment) they held onto out of laziness, or greed, or... well I have no idea why. Even after many begging emails. Eventually the money was returned £40 short. Who's going to chase £40? That's what they were likely banking on, and they were right. I cut my losses with this dishonest organisation and went elsewhere.... Read more
