I definitely recommend this agent 100%. They are so helpful and always very good advices. I just bought my new home with home connexions. they were absolutely amazing. I really struggle a lot to buy my house as my solicitor wasnt giving me much help also my mortgage advisor seemed couldnt really be bother with my situation and made me loose all my hopes. But when i call Matt from home conexios. he was really speaking to me so nice and very professionally. gave me best advices and there where i was 99.9% that my dream home i lost it. Matt did ask me if i need someone else help and i said yes. i got Michael Fenney called me within few hours. After few weeks i got my new house thanks to Michael. who was amazing all the time, made me feel my situation was important and i was mattering and he got engagent very well with the whole situation. he was avery professional guy and i definitely would recommend him to every single person. As he gave me hopes when i lost them completely. Also he does amazing prizes too, he works so hard to get the right results and doesn't ask enough. i think he is the best person i met until now. if you are thinking to buy a property or need some good advices. Can't recommend this company enough. Great customer service and seem to have very realistic and up to date knowledge of the market. Tony made us understand and believe in the value of our home. Matt guided us through the whole process of selling our home and everyone at Home Connexions obviously work and communicate very well as a team, Christine and Susan kept us well informed all through the viewings and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend using Home Connexions to sell your property. I found them to be very friendly but professional in their approach and communication was excellent throughout the sale process. They were always happy to help and provide advice. Their 'after hours' service makes a big difference so you can speak to them in the evening and at week-ends which is really helpful. You can count on Tony, Matt and all of the friendly team to give you the best service to get that all important sale. You hear a lot of negativity associated with estate agents promising you the world and telling you what you want to hear which will entice you to sign up with them only for their attitude to change once you are on their books… I can confidently say this is not the case with ‘Home Connexions Giffnock’. Straight from the start of my sale journey they were honest and very firm but fair with my expectations. The collective knowledge of the team shines through when you deal with each member. They took away the stress of doing my own viewings carrying out mine free of charge which other firms I researched do not offer without charge. After each viewing they were very fluent and clear with the feedback provided by viewers which helped me correct any issues that were highlighted. I was never left waiting for feedback as I was always provided with a detailed report either a few hours after each review or the next morning depending on the time of day. The quality of the pictures taken of my property were superb and taken with great care and close attention to detail which helped strengthen the positioning of my property which made it stand out from the rest in the area. They were upfront with what my charges would be and very realistic with what I would achieve for my property. The price I walked away with was indicative of the area and something the team had called out at the very start of the process which helped manage my expectations. Once the ‘bell rung’ and the sale went through the service didn’t stop there as I was kept up-to-date with how things were progressing from the buyer’s side which cemented going with this firm was the right decision as it was a great final touch. Another final point I’d like to mention is that once 5pm strikes the doors may close but the phone lines divert straight to the company owner who is on hand to answer any question you may have – this is something very unique and something you will not get from any of the big name competitors If you want a true customer centric approach and the stress of selling your property managed by a company that will do everything in their power to help you through, then I suggest you give them a call and get your property sold.
