Less than impressed with Home Dufus so far.

After initial research, it seemed that Dufus were going to be the best bet at selling our house, however this has been far from the truth.

My personal opinion is that they make things up as they go along in terms of viewers and do not do a a very good job at selling to buyers needs or finding out exactly what they are looking for so just send any old Joe round in hope.

Although I understand that the market is unpredictable right now, I have honestly found this whole process nothing less than draining. I do not feel they take the selling of our home seriously, and considering a lot rides on us moving sooner rather than later, it is really upsetting.

I hope in the near future, that they will learn to treat us more like customers and less like a number.

Absolutely excellent service from the team at Home Domus 360. Always contactable, always communicating throughout. Ours was one of three similar houses up for sale in a small cul-de-sac but with superior marketing ours stood out from the rest. This was proved by ours being the first one to sell for the full asking price. When one of the other houses did sell with another agent they got a massive £17k less than we did for exactly the same model house. Home Domus 360 did exactly what they said they were going to do and didn't make any false promises about the price like other agents do. Can't recommend them highly enough.

HomeDomus360 are brilliant. Florent Lambert adopts a completely different, new and innovative style of selling properties. His knowledge of marketing is excellent and his accurate pricing of our property was attractive to potential buyers alongside his 'model' of selling being very comprehensive. His unique style including the excellent photography, descriptive text, video links, quality brochure, publicity and timings were just brilliant. The personalised attention including all the communication, interest and enthusiasm is refreshing and very productive - achieving a successful sale within 3 weeks. Wow! our property had previously been on the market for many, many months.
And! HomeDomus360 also offers purchasing market appraisals which we found extremely supportive, helpful and reassuring.
