These people have not been helpful at all. myself and my relative have contacted them multiple times regarding the leaking’s, one of which is right on top of my stove in the kitchen where whenever the neighbour upstairs use their sink the water leaks down in large amount. the house has mould throughout where three children and both parents all have to sleep in the living room. despite asking many times to be relocated elsewhere or they need to fix this problem the home seekers send people who are not actually qualified to carry out the fixing, they keep coming to paint on top of the mould or the yellow leaking residue which is very silly. The children continuously suffer from bronchio related illness and i have a letter to prove this but they are only interested in getting their money and that's it. they will not evict my family or sort out the problem. i wish i could submit pictures.... Poor dealings with these guys! Any excuse for an admin charge. They will not forward rent to landlords despite tenants paying. So frustrating dealing with Lucky and Charlie!... Read more

Awful service haven’t received my rent for 4 months now. You call the office and the lady’s are soo rude. There is no respect to their customers and give excuses on rent. Have to call every time to ask them for rent and they come up with a better excuse every time.... Read more

Atrocious staff. Charlie doesnt call back despite promising to arrange a viewing. I asked for the Managers name from Rashmi, she simply said "why are you asking the managers name, dont you have any patience?" They dont know how to talk to their potential customers. I have been using their service for 9 years. Despite requests for several years, they have not raised tenants rent. It’s been over a year, I don’t receive rent on time. It is normally 3 months in arrears & I have to physically visit their office to receive my due rent. They do not return calls or follow up on any requests. Very disappointed.... Read more

They do not pay landlords rent for over 6 months. What kind of service is this? Creating expenditures that do not exist. Never had issues before. What is going on? We trust them with the dealing of our properties but have been cheated. Not reliable. I will change my statement once I can trust them again.... Read more

I am a landlord and rented out my house through FFS and their partner HOMESEEKERS in southall. The whole process was shambolic and i am surprised FFS have not been closed down by Trading Standards. I had a tenant through FFS who was paying his rent (on time) for over a year. Then 1 day i had a call from Mr Hunjan from FFS asking me to come to the office. When i met him, i was told that one of the employees of FFS had taken rent from various tenants and run away. What surprised me, was the fact that this alleged employee had not 1 but 3 months rent from various tenants and FFS did not know anything about it. FFS started writing threatening letters to my tenant and other tenants asking them to pay up. My tenant refused and also stopped paying the rent. It took me around a year and thousands of pounds in solicitor fees to get the tenant evicted. During the process, i found out that FFS had even taken a deposit and not secured it. They insisted they never took the deposit but the receipts from the tenant proved otherwise. I will advise you to save the hassle and avoid FFS and HOMESEEKERS Southall. I tried to contact Mr Lucky from Homeseekers on a number of occasions but he was not interested. Mr Lucky is agent who signed me up for letting my house.... Read more
