I met Alanna to view a property ahead of this and due to her professional and calm nature, I decided to use her as my estate agent. She’s been wonderful to deal with so far. made an enquiry to view property via rightmove. no one called me so at 3.15 on 16/9/21 called and was abrubtly told an offer had been made. I enquired as to a closnig date and was told, rudely, that an offer had been accepted, I understand this is not normal practice, the person treated me as if I were a complete idiot, I then received an e mail which had been sent prior to my phone call which was incoherent but seemed to intimate I could have a viewing over the weekend or next week. completely unprofessional and a shocking way to treat prospective purchasers. If I were selling my home with this agency I would be really concerned. I am awaiting a manager to call as despite this I am interested in viewing but if I were to purchase then I was going to ask them to sell my existing property however not any more!... Read more

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Sinead was so professional, confident and so knowledgeable. I was kept up to date by Sinead on a regular basis and given feedback after viewings. The effort put in by Sinead is credit to her high standard of service. She immediately made me feel at ease after our first meeting and was very optimistic about selling the property. Awful photos and awful property description with unnecessary detail. I'm glad they were a no sale, no fee company as it made it easier to change to another agent. We got viewings more quickly through another agent than we did with Alba.... Read more
