Ashleigh and Joseph I have worked with and they literally take the time out for the tenants. They answer all your queries and understand the stress you are under and they keep you updated about the littlest things by email and phone so you don't feel ignored. Honestly have the best communication skills, they have always replied to my queries fast and always kept me in the loop of every little thing as it's a stressful process and they completely understand your concerns and listen to you as a tenant.

I never thought I would be leaving a positive review for a letting agent, but here we are. HOP has been incredible. Throughout our 2 year tenancy they were quick to respond and any issues we had would be resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
We also wanted to give a specific mention for Shauna and Rebecca, we genuinely could not have asked for two people more helpful! They took a proactive approach to any issues we had and always got things solved quickly.
I would not hesitate at all to use HOP again! We have used several letting agents across Leeds and HOP has by far been the best!
