Not happy. Had placed an order from Amazon. When checked ,said delivered at 9.05. rang sorting office and was asked if I checked with neighbours. This was small and would have gone in letter box. Was told I should contact Amazon.I did and sorted it. Now a week later my order turns up correct post code and address,But delivered elsewhere. Unless. From day to day post round here is delivered to my neighbours, and there's to mine. Not sure if this is sorting office or postman's fault. Really getting fed up with it. Not cheap anymore. Need a kick up backside.... Read more

It would be no stars given the chance. Open between 7am and 9am only. Apparently its been this this way for a month and a half but staff too busy out the back yard smoking to update their hours. Refused to get my parcel even though their hours are wrongly stated on the website. Terrible customer service and poor communication.... Read more
