I am very disappointed about horizon services. First of all, house wasn't in same condition as describe in advert, also pictures are different then what ever the condition was. I came over from leicester to invest in Middlesbrough. Planning to buy 3 buy to let property. I will not get any Bussiness to horizon in future for sure.

A truly terrible experience. Took a fee for a property purchase upfront, did not disclose the full facts and did not respond to multiple requests for more information. Net result was 6 months later no draft contract available. Defaulted to blaming others (solicitors, seller) but weren't willing to broker conversations to resolve.
Avoid like the plague.

The penchant to quickly get me settled coupled with fast reply to emails and inquiries was top-notch.
