There really isn’t anyone better to go to. They have years of experience, and it shows. They have a vast wealth of knowledge to guide and support you in what is such a critical and sometimes stressful time to go through in life. Me and my fiancée have been in the process of buying a house for the last 2 years. We ended up exchanging contracts for a purchase of a new build in February 2022 but long story short, we ended up pulling out from this purchase due to issues with the developer. We consider ourselves lucky that we managed to get our deposit back. Throughout the 2 years we viewed around 30 properties and met a number of estate agents. We didn’t really like any of the properties and we weren’t too impressed with the service we received from the estate agents either. I’m sure some of you reading this review will know the kind of attitude I’m alluding to. We then met Bradley Horler. As you can imagine having been on this journey for some time, we have been a bit edgy and quite tired of the whole process. Fortunately, Bradley turned everything around for us. Not only have we found our dream home in the best possible location for us, we managed to exchange in just over a month and we are looking to complete this Friday. This means that from offer to completion, we will take exactly 2 months. I cannot recommend Bradley and his agency enough. It was a pleasure going though the viewing process, making the offer, even negotiations were very swift. I wish every estate agent gave you as much attention and care as Bradley. 20 out of 10 ;)... I'm very happy with the service provided by Horler Datchet. From the beginning of the process they were open and honest, and worked hard for me as their client to get the house sold. They represented my interests very well with potential buyers and were realistic about potential buyers who were time wasters. They organised all viewings and were responsible for the house during the sale process. Bradley Horler is the most experienced and professional Estate Agent I have ever come across. Bradley sold my house within 4 days of it being on the market. Then he worked with me helping me with everything along the way. Bradley was more helpful than my solicitor, he knows everything that is required and could explain to me exactly what I needed to do and when. Both Bradley and his assistant Zoe in the office response times are excellent, they answered my calls and phoned me back immediately and replied to emails urgently too (basically contactable at all times). Then when it came to the last week to exchange and make sure the chain was all ready (to enable that we could complete by 30th September and save on the Stamp Duty promo) Bradley was on top of everything every minute of the day, everyday until we were over the line. Bradley MADE it happen!! I couldn’t have done this process without Bradley & Zoe. I recommend you use Horler Datchet and then your house sale or purchase will be plain sailing and stress free.
