I had issues securing an apartment together with my husband for over a month. I just walked into Hovepark and I met Megan smiling at me, that alone gave me an assurance that I’m in the right place, I went there with a heavy heart and Megan was so helpful and professional. I got an apartment within 3 days and I was so excited. We got a goody bag and all paper work was completed and professional. I would recommend hovepark Lettings to anyone looking for a place to rent, buy or sell. I give 5 star rating.... Read more

My situation is differant from most, i served in the Scottish divison as a rifleman for just shy of eleven years, When i go D-Mob'd i returned home.I really struggled with Civie street (Still do) i was always moving about chasing work, so i have never really put down roots.I got Diagnosed with PTSD Due to my service and that was when i stummbled across Hovepark Lettings. I needed a roof over my head so i was not fussy, the first flat was....Where to start well,... the last ocupier had been a Junkie, as i found their empty Methidone bottle in a baywindow cubbered. The corner of my Bedroom celling had colapsed ie the sheetrock came down,oH! and the so called landlord was not paying the morgae instead was pocketing my housing benift,So the Sherifs officer told me, when he came to say to me to find another place to live. Hence my taking up the second flat from hovepark lettings .And the second flat i was in was not fit for human habitation, mould, damp ,rotten window frames, and an obsolete gas boiler the second flat had been bought as seen in an auction i am geuessing. And they had clead it out, but no work had been done and i was in no position to refuse because i had nowhrere else to go. So to sum up my experiance hmmm not good... Read more

I've had the most amazing experience with my housemate with Hovepark. Megan was so professional and very courteous and made the transition very easy. My gas and electricity was sorted out by Hovepark. I was well informed and the signing of the tenancy agreement was an easy transition. I also received a lovley welcome pack with lots of goodies. I'm extremely happy with everything can't rate Hovepark high enough... Read more

This team has made life changing event perfect for two people fleeing from war ! , they could do enough to help even when there were a few hitches they pulled through and made it happen for these vulnerable people . Rented from Hove Park for 2 years with no problems. However, when we moved out they took it upon themselves to falsely accuse me of fly tipping and report it to the council along with my personal information. In the same email, they acknowledge they reported me but then go on to explain that they know the items in question were booked for an uplift by the council? Thanks for the stress and having to appeal a £200 fine. Not only that, they originally denied they were the ones to report it and blamed our neighbours so just outright making things up. Not sure why but they should all be ashamed of themselves. Only positive was Shirley who worked there, she was always polite and friendly. Unlike the rest of them.... Read more

No one should use this company they are all just liers they don't fix any problems if any turn up the handy men are lazy sometimes don't know what they are doing and you always loose money off Ur deposit they say that they had to get cleaners in walk on past hove park there are better letting agents... Hovepark are by *far* (and that's saying something) the worst Letting Agent I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with - and that is just in the application process! We drove 50 minutes to view a property - so 2 hours of our day plus fuel costs to view a property that had peeling wallpaper, cracks in the walls, a leaking window, no white goods and a back garden full of litter. We arrived 2 minutes before our viewing time first thing in the morning and someone else was in the property viewing it, we were told to stand outside in the rain. Another family showed up behind us - it wasn't an open viewing. They just decided to book us all in at the same time and leave us outside. After receiving the application by email they want a RIDICULOUS amount of personal information; three, yes three references, three months bank statements, A £200 HOLDING FEE WHICH THEY HOLD FOR ONE MONTH (WHAT??), and so so much more. Complete waste of time. Absolutely avoid. Shameful to even call theirself letting agents.... Read more

Leave your reviews about this unbeleivably bad company on TRUSTPILOT. I am currently renting from this shower of liars and incompetents, have still not been informed to the status of my deposit after 7 months!! They have 30 WORKING DAYS to rwgister it with a deposit agency and i still have not been given ANY DOCUMENTATION from hovepark!! I am now going to the FIRST TIER TRIBUNAL regarding their behaviour. This company are a shower of liars and crooks, need to have EVERYONE who has complaints and get together to talk about this agrivating business! ZERO STARS!... Read more
