I enquired about renting a property in Gorleston and was amazed at the efficiency of Amy Kemp. She helped reassure me as i am someone relatively new to renting. After my initial enquiry and completion of form within a few days I was offered a chance to rent the property. Amy arranged to meet me at the property. I found her professional, genuine, caring with a sense of humour. A great ambassador for Howard's. Although I didn't rent the property, I would be very happy to use Howard's lettings again and would feel confident and comfortable should Amy be dealing with my enquiry. I've recently worked along side Howard's to try and find a home for myself, but to no avail on my part. Howard's, on the other hands has been fantastic through out the process. Especially the young, up and coming Amy Kemp.
