This is, hands downs, the best estate agent out there! Jamie and his team are absolutely amazing. They are friendly, supportive and couldn’t do more for you. I used HQ and a larger company, and HQ proved themselves to be the better agent over and over again. HQ are the only honest estate agent out there and you should not doubt using them.

Jamie has been absolutely brilliant, he always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ve had a few hiccups along our buying journey (through our solicitors) and Jamie and the team at HQ have been so supportive. Cannot fault the service at all, will definitely be using HQ in the future and recommending to all family and friends. A* service!! Thank you again!

Cannot recommend Jamie & staff enough. My house had previously been up with another agent with very little interest. On recommendation from a friend i contacted HQ. Jamie & Jay were enthusiastic & professional. The photos Jamie took were amazing & the attention to detail second to none. Because of the type of house i was selling, prospective buyers were given an accurate & detailed description of the type of property it was, this is why HQ are so successful, they don’t just view for the sake of it, they carefully find the correct buyers for the correct homes, when people come to view you know they are 100% interested in buying your property..hence why on only my second viewing an offer was made on my house (for the asking price) & sold!
The whole transaction from there on was a smooth non stressful experience. The solicitors recommended by Jamie were also fantastic & provided a professional & easy online service, which was from start to finish straight forward & non complicated.
On my moving day Jamie even had my new bed delivered to the office just incase it arrived before completion.
I recommended HQ to my mum & again her house was sold within 2 weeks!
If you are thinking of selling your property there really is only one estate agent to use in my opinion 10/10 :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was excellent all the way throughout the sale. Was part of quite a large chain and the team managed the sale flowing smoothly with regular updates and a really swift turnaround. Ended up moving in much sooner than we anticipated. Highly recommended.

Well what can we say! We honestly don’t think we can put into words how brilliant Jamie and Jay are. They really did go above and beyond on our case, which had to be the most difficult ever. Every step of the way they kept us updated, and made us feel that any questions asked were not a problem.. We could of phoned them everyday and would never be made to feel like we were a nuisance. Our journey was very emotional and even Jay phoned to check to see if we were ok. We really could not recommend them enough. Genuine, friendly and very professional. Top Class!!!!! A++++++++ ??

Nothing was a problem for them even when I was getting frustrated with the speed of the sale which was not HQ's fault whatsoever they stepped in and went the extra mile to resolve others problem.

Now this is a proper Estate Agents! We moved from an Estate Agents to HQ as we were not selling. Within one week of being with HQ we had sold and for a good price, all because the photos were professionally taken, the property was illustrated correctly on the advert and on top of that we had great guys managing the rest behind the scenes. HQ will bend over backwards to help and expedite your sale/purchase efficiently and always in a professional manner. Jamie and Jay were superb, keeping me up-to-date with their online tracker but at the same time being on the other side of the phone whenever required. Use HQ Estates, you will not be disappointed.

Best decision ever using HQ Estates Limited for my house sale! Jamie and his team were invaluable to me. From beginning to end they did everything possible to make the whole process as smooth as they could. The advert placed on Rightmove was eye catching and regularly promoted to the top of a search. The appointments for viewings were booked professionally and the process of finding a buyer was very well handled. They were always contactable, did everything possible to find out what was going on between solicitors (which is near on impossible!) and were relentless in ensuring my completion. Thanks very much Jamie!

My girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jamie at HQ Estates. Jamie worked tirelessly to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible when buying our first home. We had encountered multiple problems in the housing chain however Jamie was always at hand to deal with any problems and worked extremely hard to provide solutions.
