We have recently bought a house from Ben at Hunt Roche he was so helpful and even helped us with our sale which was not his anything to do with Hunt Roche he chased our solicitor for us due to my work commitments. We used Hunt Roche to sell our bungalow. Right from the start when Ethan came to value our property, we were really impressed with Ethan’s professionalism and he really stood out from all the other agents who had visited that day. Due to the market at the time we struggled to sell the property at first but we still continued to have viewings and weekly updates from Ethan and we’re constantly keep in the loop. We had every faith in Hunt Roche and this is why we decided to stay with them rather than change agents…. Which we were right to do as they sold our property at a very good price. The sales progresser Ben, constantly gave us and our buyers regular updates and worked very closely with our solicitors.
We throughly enjoyed working with Ethan, Paul and Ben throughout our sale and would highly recommend using them as an agent. We were adamant we didn’t want to work with a stereotypical, Jack the lad type of agent and wanted someone who cared about us and our home and Ethan and the team were exactly what we wanted. Such a personable, friendly team who we had every faith in and we would absolutely use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough about Hunt Roche who sold my house in October, Paul one of the directors personally listed my property and his wealth of local knowledge was quite evident from the start. The office kept me fully informed throughout the whole sales process without me having to constantly phone them. .They followed up and chased the solicitor all the time and likewise with the purchaser and their agent. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and know exactly who you are when you phone , and an extra shout out to Ben who was the negotiator handling my sale , he is extremely professional and supportive with the benefit of great back up from the whole team .As an ex estate agent myself of over 30 years I feel extremely happy to highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying, selling or renting.
