polite but take far too long to do the simplest of tasks

A waste of time.. I booked a property for 4.30pm by Mr. Kirandeep Panesar. I get a confirmation check the morning of , asking if i am still available for 1.30pm. (I have email proof i was given 4.30pm.) The lady then also told me the flat MUST be let today before 2pm when I would have still been at work and not free. So why was I told 4.30pm Kirandeep? After discussing my availability thoroughly with you, why was I not updated of this change? And why were my emails never answered? I'd have to call AND email as they are not responsive. I was so excited for this flat and the lady on the phone was not sympathetic at all and quite rude. No apology for the miscommunication between her and you. As someone who is looking for a flat urgently I would not have minded if you communicated the change of viewing timing to me, so that I could reject it and at least respect the communication.

I hope since your deadline apparently is today at 2pm to rent the flat out which was only just put on the market a few days ago, that you have the best of luck.

This company is very unorganised and I do not recommend it at all.

Anand and his team have been exceptionally helpful. We are very thankful and recommend them more than 100% if that's a thing :-)

With being overseas and 8 hours’ time difference, it was increasingly difficult to liaise with them to deal with issues the tenants had.

Anand and his team were patient and kept on top of it helping in every step. Anand always went of out his way to help in every way he could and kept in contact even with the lengthy time difference. He became like a family friend with all the help he was providing at all times. There wasn't any situation that he didn't find a solution for or help with.

I could carry on writing for ages about Anand and his teams’ help and support.

My previous experience with the letting agents wasn’t as good as this time, but Hunters in Ealing, especially our property agent Reena made me change my mind! We were looking for the place very last minute and her call changed everything. She is a very caring person and throughout the whole process kept us updated. The day we had to sign our contract, she agreed to come later out of her own working hours just to meet her customer needs. The office was already closed as one of us couldn’t come earlier. Honestly she is amazing. Even the times we rang Hunters for help or advice , all of the agents were extremely caring and helpful. So far really satisfied with Hunters!

The team led by Steve at Hunters Ealing were exceptional from our initial enquiry regarding a property through to completion. In what turned out to be a difficult property purchase, Steve supported us extensively.
