The Property was unregistered and there were delays getting this, exacerbated by Covid and by Hunter's recommended on line Solicitors who were a disaster. I don't blame Hunters for that as the recommendation was made in good faith. Once we had appointed our own solicitors and the registration was resolved the sale was dealt with quickly and agreed at the asking price despite the changing market. Hunters provided good advice when the purchasers survey identified a problem and that too was resolved quickly. Everybody we dealt with over a couple of years were friendly , efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

They were the second agent we used and they sold it in a week without reducing the price just better marketing and photography a much more professional agent to our previous one.

Really terrible Service from Hunters portishead. Communication is poor to none. Effort to try and push sales through at pace does not happen. Sales progressors are not any use and merely ignore you, use another agent in Portishead!

Hunters Portishead gave us excellent service at all stages of the sale. Adam was at all times a pleasure to deal with and we had many a laugh during what could have been a stressful time. Would highly recommend them if you are selling or buying in the local area.
