We were looking for our retirement home in Kent so that we could be near our daughter and grand daughter who live nearby in Welling. Andrew Greene and his wonderful team were with us every step of the way, helping us in what could have been a very stressful experience. They were patient, curteous and knowledgeable and really assisted us. We could not have made this step without their genuine support. Thank you to you all at Robinson Jackson Blackfen for making our dream into a reality????
Really helpful and efficient staff, made the process go smoothly and as stress free as moving can be! Highly recommend
We are delighted with the service we received from Susan, Marina & David. They were professional, listened to me, and followed up when they said they would. Amazingly once we agreed to buy the house, they continued to deliver. Really above and beyond. We have a few properties, and have dealt with several estate agents over the years. They really go the extra mile and the level of service is, in our experience, unprecedented.
We used David Evans to sell our house in Shooter's Hill and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. Mark was very effective from the get-go, pricing the house at a fair but realistic price, keeping us in the loop at all stages and using his skill, experience and diplomacy to keep things on track when the inevitable hurdles cropped up. I wish we could use them for buying but we're looking on the other side of London!
Reporting to the ombudsman. Unfortunately the rating system forces me to give 1 star. I can only assume that the other reviews are from friends and family. The agency managed to list our property with the incorrect number of bedrooms, WRONG Postcode, a listing full of typos and our spare bedroom as the lead photo online. Absolutely zero attention to detail, sloppy and totally lazy. They didn't even chase any leads and do not have a black book of clients.
I recently sold my property through Mark and his team and have to say how professional they all were and they kept me in touch from start to finish. I had previously tried an on line agent which just was a nightmare so I was really pleased with the outcome. Definitely try this this agent if you are looking to sell.
This relates to Westwood Property Services, who I believe fall under Hunters at Blackfen/Sidcup. I strongly suggest that you avoid this company. My experience with them was nothing but aggravation. Having rented with them for 2+ years - paying on time and being a good tenant, during which they forced me to suffer through excess property damp - at the end of the tenancy they tried their best to take unwarranted chunks of my deposit, ignoring all logical argument and simply doing what they wished. One example included myself damaging one curtain a little and agreeing for this to be deducted, but this agent, through greed, sought to replace the curtains for all of the windows in that room. Equally, they tried to pin broken things on me that were fully intact and working when I left (as reinforced by the thorough inventory check out) and provided receipts without dates, seeking to deceive. An agent called Pam is the source of this flagrant disregard of reason. You'd do well to avoiding renting with this company and particularly via Pam. Rent elsewhere.
We recently used Fox Estate agents to buy our first home and are grateful for all the help and support we received. We were kept updated regularly and the process was moved along so quickly and smoothly we can’t thank Chris French and Fox Estate agents enough. Highly recommended.
We bought a house that was being sold through Fox Estates and were quite impressed with their level of knowledge and customer service. All staff were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the house they were selling. They didn't muck around either - they told us that if the vendor agreed our offer they would take the house straight off the market and not accept any more offers, which they did.
Only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because for the last two weeks before completion they wouldn't let us enter the property - apparently they were too busy to attend with us, even when I asked a week in advance and for on a week day! Unfortunately the house was empty, hence the need for them to be there. It meant that our building work was pushed back at least a few weeks as the builder couldn't come in and view the property with us, which was quite annoying as the house was unlivable in.
