that was the single worse experience. Appalling customer service.
I book a viewing for this morning and was really confident I had found the perfect place for my girlfriend and I.
However after had waiting over 10 minutes under the rain, I decided to call the agent to see where he was.
Apparently his system when down or just forgot about the viewing, any how, he didn't call me and was not really apologetic about the all situation.
he only offer me to reschedule. What I did. I ask him to sent me a confirmation, but he didn't.
after few hours I decided to call to confirm the viewing the day after, just to find out the property was already rented.
this is just scandalous. he should had keep the property for us to see before anyone else as he didn't make the appointment and make us wait .

Move in properties is one of the best agent in Kenton by providing best services . Very friendly and helpful staff we have found. they helped us to find suitable property in very short time. Very nice people and always ready to help everyone.
Completely vile company run by amateur fraudsters! Please don't listen to the clearly counterfeit five-star reviews. Stay away from these crooks - save yourself the stress, the misery and the money!!!

A very good team of people. I recently used their service for finding and moving to a new house. They helped me all the way from finding a house to moving in to the house at a short notice. A very unprofessional company. Their standard of communication is terrible and there is a complete lack of interest in looking after you once you signed up to them! Please stay away if you want no stress!

I rarely share my opinion on Social Media but glad to do it on this occasion. Regent letting division has proven to be very serious and efficient since the beginning of our relationship. Ahmed is my counterpart within that department and i like to praise his dedication in keeping me, the owner, well informed within the whole process - rental value to expect, tenant research, tenant security check, check-in, check-out,etc.

Shockingly terrible service from Regent Lettings. Mis-sold from the outset and have failed to manage our property since. They avoid calls and don't answer emails even though our window has been broken for a few weeks - safety hazard! No signs of improvement sadly.
UPDATE 29/6/2017 - These issues remain outstanding months later... I'm really not sure why Regent Lettings have responded saying the issues have been rectified?
I am extremely satisfied with the staff professionalism. Carlos specially is fantastic person . I got exactly what I was looking for, quick responses, with easy to compare results which made choosing an agent an easy and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended. Foxton and Wembley branch is great.
Made an enquiry and specified my budget and requested no time wasting. Before arriving for the viewing, I requested photos and prices of the property. I was then taken to viewings with properties which were way above my budget and I was subsequently insulted that I could not make a higher offer. I was informed that a higher offer had been made but the property is still on their website. I was also taken to a property which I had already viewed before and was told that the price was £1250 when in fact it was listed for £1150. Appalled by their level of desperation. Will make a formal complaint to the regulatory body as taking advantage of ordinary people is part of their daily routine. Their staff are not just rude but also skillful in making up information to their advantage. They will most likely reply denying everything.
