I am appalled & disgusted by the dangerous state in which Hyde Housing leave their properties in. It seems like they’d rather the house fall down or go to complete disrepair rather than do anything about it - or god forbid actually spend money to actually repair something. Someone needs to hold this company accountable for negligence, before someone is seriously injured or killed.... Read more

Sadly I have nothing good to say about this pathetic Hyde Management apart their name (HYDE) which stands for Hide from your tenants. I am a Lease holder with this useless outfit!!!’ I am getting an increase of over a £1000.00 for service charge despite never seeing any workmen coming to the property assessing anything. I am now going to the press and recording and logging all my phone calls and who ever I speak with at customer services. It’s been 2 and a half hours on hold and speaking to various customer service agents on the phone (day 6) same story. Currently in the hands of Lawyers from here.... Read more

The worst Housing association ever. They are discussing in how they treat their tenants and antisocial issues and repairs and do things so in such wickedness and no compassion. They are lazy and can't be bothered and unorganised. They do things in such unjust ways and it discuses me. Absolutely appalling service from Hyde housing. Communal leak for nearly 3 weeks, have been calling nearly everyday to get this fixed, keep getting fobbed off! Leak has now caused black mold all over the walls and doors outside my front door, carpet soaked and smelly. I have severe Asthma and everytime I go out of my front door, I feel breathless, but they don't care. I also have a young child at home. I have now come home to no hot water! which I was not made aware of. Absolutely useless. I will be taking this further.... Read more

Since last year November, I’ve been calling Hyde to come over and treat the mold on the walls. In January a contractor then came out and said what the next steps advice were. Until this day, I haven’t heard back from them and I call them frequently to get a hold of the contractor but their response is always the same; they can only email him and hope he replies. I then got an appointment scheduled for the 15th of August and no one showed up at all. I have a 3 year old living in this mild infested flat, Hyde are careless and don’t care at all about their clients….my best advice is to stay well away from this housing association, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS !... Unfriendly stuff. Toilet is broken.We got appointment after 3weeks. MADNESS!House is falling apart,mold everywhere,doors (bathroom/garden)expanded,cupboards in kitchen is rusty flat is unlievable. No one is willing to repair. Last time shower was broken, they repaired it after 2 weeks. We couldn't shower like normal human beings. It's very poor. This company should be ashmed for the flats they are providing to people as the standard is below poverty. Don't hire from this people. They care nothing but money.... Read more
