I visited today using a Groupon voucher. Dennis was very good and did exactly as I asked, a colour highlights and a cut and blow dry. I paid a very little extra for highlights. He was very accomadating. He fitted me in at short notice. All the staff were lovely and friendly. I will return and can highly recommend Zvoo. We fell in love with the 2 bed flat for sale on Christchurch Road, Bournemouth ground floor back in May this year and I was working with Mike at ihomes to ensure the surveys and work were both carried out in order for us to put in a CASH offer on the property. After spending over £700 on a extensive survey and damp report we have found out that both flats in this building need major structural work up to £16000 worth of work and major damp work also so in total around £20000 worth of work all of which ihomes and Meyers who work in partnership told us had been carried out and all in perfect condition. Nothing but a lie on top of this the roof needs work also. I would NEVER recommend using either agent ever again they wouldn't reduce the price to accommodate the major work needed or offer to fix the work prior to us moving in. Bearing in mine we were cash buying this property due to my mum's health and needing to be on the ground floor they have been useless cowboys who should simply not be trading. Anyone that wants to buy either top or bottom flat please feel free to call me as I can tell you exactly what work is needed. 07710265542. DO NOT USE.... Read more
